President & Chief Executive Officer

Mike Stowell joined Aviation Partners Boeing (APB) at its inception in 1999 as Vice President of Engineering with over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Mike has more recently served APB as Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. As the company technical and program focal, Mike has led winglet development programs on the 737, 757 and 767 Boeing platforms. Mike has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Oregon State University.

Patrick LaMoria

Patrick LaMoria

Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer

Patrick has over 30 years of experience in commercial aviation. After joining
APB as a sales director in 2001, Patrick was promoted to Vice President of
Sales & Marketing in 2004. Prior to joining APB, Patrick was employed at The Boeing Company in the Commercial Airplanes Group. During his eleven years with Boeing, his positions included marketing manager for Commercial Aviation Services and manager of New Business Development for the Aircraft Interiors Responsibility Center. Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Marketing, from the University of Oregon.

Michele Frech

VP of Finance & Administration

Michele Frech joined the APB finance team in September 2004. After holding various roles in the finance department, Michele was promoted to Controller in 2015. Prior to APB, Michele gained experience from various industries and companies in the Seattle area. Michele has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration – Finance from Western Washington University.

Craig McCallum

Craig McCallum

Senior Director of Sales & Marketing

Craig McCallum joined the APB sales team in April 2001 and is responsible for the Asia-Pacific and South Pacific regions and various U.S. airlines. Prior to joining APB, he spent most of his career at Boeing in Wing Structures Engineering and Customer Engineering before working in the automotive industry in Detroit for two years.

Craig received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. He and his family are active in the Seattle area volunteering time for local public schools and youth athletic organizations.

Brian Harvey

Brian Harvey

Senior Director of Operations & Contracts

Brian Harvey joined APB in May 2001 and has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry. During his tenure at APB, Brian has served as a Procurement Agent, Director of Contracts and is currently the Senior Director of Operations. Prior to APB, Brian spent four years with the Boeing Company as a Procurement Agent.

Brian graduated from Whitman College and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Brian has lived in the Pacific Northwest his entire life and currently resides with his family in Kitsap County.

Gagan Mahal

Gagan Mahal

Director of Engineering

Gagan Mahal has been director of engineering at APB since Jan 2018. In this role, she is responsible for all engineering activity required for product development, certification, compliance, fleet engineering services and product support of all APB winglet programs. Mahal brings over 20 years of aerospace and automotive engineering experience as a Design Engineer, Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager. Prior to her current role, Mahal managed the APB design engineering statement of work to obtain FAA supplemental type certification of 737NG Split Scimitar Winglet and 757-200 Scimitar Blended Winglet systems.

Before joining APB, Mahal was employed by the Boeing Company in Commercial Airplanes group as a lead engineer on the 787program. She holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University.

Brian Webb

Brian Webb

Director of Quality

Brian has over 40 years of experience in commercial aviation. After joining APB as a Quality Engineer in 2006 he was promoted to Director of Quality in 2013. Brian was employed at Hexcel Structures for 27 years, serving in many roles from Inspection, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Lean Manufacturing. Brian was responsible for Quality at Hexcel for the APB program at startup. Brian also developed the Quality System at a joint venture with The Boeing Company in Malaysia, Asian Composites Manufacturing.
